Gulu, 15 juin 2025, Le Chef des Forces de Défense (CDF), le général Muhoozi Kainerugaba, a effectué une visite stratégique au quartier général de la 4e Division à Gulu, dans le nord de l’Ouganda, pour évaluer les opérations militaires en cours dans la région. Cette visite intervient dans un contexte de tensions régionales accrues, notamment en République démocratique du Congo (RDC) et au Soudan du Sud, où l’Ouganda maintient des déploiements militaires importants.

Rencontre avec les commandants de brigade

Au cours de sa visite, le général Kainerugaba a tenu une réunion approfondie avec les commandants de brigade de la 4e Division. L’objectif principal était de recevoir un briefing détaillé sur l’état actuel des opérations, les déploiements en cours, ainsi que les défis rencontrés sur le terrain, tant au niveau national qu’international.

Mot d’encouragement aux troupes

Après les briefings, le CDF s’est adressé aux soldats engagés dans ces opérations. Il les a félicités, en particulier les recrues récentes, affirmant qu’elles avaient rejoint une « noble institution« 

Focus sur les opérations en RDC et au Soudan du Sud

Les discussions ont particulièrement porté sur les missions de la 4e Division, qui joue un rôle clé dans les opérations transfrontalières, notamment en RDC orientale et au Soudan du Sud. L’Ouganda est engagé depuis plusieurs années dans des opérations conjointes avec les forces de sécurité congolaises pour lutter contre les groupes armés tels que les ADF et soutenir la stabilité dans la région des Grands Lacs.

Récemment, le général Kainerugaba a également rencontré des représentants du groupe armé CODECO à Entebbe, soulignant l’importance de la coopération régionale pour instaurer une paix durable dans l’est de la RDC. Il a encouragé les leaders locaux à s’allier à l’UPDF (Uganda People’s Defence Forces) pour promouvoir la stabilité, tout en rappelant les liens historiques entre l’Ouganda et les provinces du Nord-Kivu et de l’Ituri.

Contexte diplomatique tendu

Cette visite intervient alors que les relations diplomatiques entre l’Ouganda, la RDC et le Soudan connaissent des tensions, exacerbées par certaines déclarations controversées du général Kainerugaba sur les réseaux sociaux concernant des opérations militaires potentielles en RDC et au Soudan. Ces propos ont suscité des protestations officielles de la part des gouvernements congolais et soudanais, qui ont exigé des clarifications et des excuses de la part de Kampala.

Le gouvernement ougandais, par la voix de ses ministres, a cependant pris ses distances avec ces déclarations, affirmant qu’elles ne reflètent pas la position officielle de l’État ougandais, mais relèvent de prises de parole personnelles sur les réseaux sociaux.

Conclusion

La visite du général Muhoozi Kainerugaba à Gulu s’inscrit dans une dynamique de renforcement du commandement et de la coordination des opérations militaires ougandaises, aussi bien sur le territoire national que dans les zones frontalières stratégiques. Elle met en lumière le rôle central de la 4e Division dans la gestion des enjeux sécuritaires régionaux, tout en soulignant la nécessité d’un dialogue diplomatique apaisé pour garantir la stabilité dans la région des Grands Lacs

    Equipos equilibradores – Miden el nivel de vibracion y determinan con exactitud los puntos de correccion.

    Analizadores de vibraciones – Capturan el espectro de oscilaciones, detectando no solo el desequilibrio, sino tambien otros defectos (como el desgaste de rodamientos).

    Sistemas laser – Se emplean para mediciones de alta precision en componentes criticos.

    Especial atencion merecen las velocidades criticas de rotacion – condiciones en las que la vibracion se incrementa de forma significativa debido a fenomenos de resonancia. Un equilibrado correcto previene danos en el equipo en estas condiciones de funcionamiento.
