Cet appel intervient après des attaques récentes menées par la milice de la Convention de la Révolution Populaire (CRP), dirigée par Thomas Lubanga, contre des positions des FARDC dans le village de Nyamamba
Besoin de renforts et de soutien international
Face à la résurgence des violences, le général Luboya a sollicité un renforcement des effectifs de la Mission de l’Organisation des Nations Unies pour la stabilisation en République démocratique du Congo (MONUSCO) dans la province. Il a plaidé pour une collaboration accrue afin de remédier efficacement aux problèmes sécuritaires, notamment dans le territoire de Djugu.
